Tonya Reynoldson, OD, MBA, CFM
Dr. Tonya Reynoldson is an optometrist with more than 25 years of clinical experience and currently serves as Director of EHR Support and Senior Eye Care Director for a multi-state eye care organization. She specializes in practice optimization, EHR workflow design, billing and coding compliance, provider education, and operational efficiency.
Throughout her career, Dr. Reynoldson has worked closely with doctors and practice teams to improve patient flow, enhance documentation, increase revenue capture, and implement best practices in clinical care. She has extensive experience training new providers, developing clinical protocols, and supporting practices through performance improvement initiatives.
A former member of the Tennessee Board of Optometry, Dr. Reynoldson is passionate about helping optometrists bridge the gap between exceptional patient care and successful practice management. She is a frequent speaker on topics including EHR optimization, coding and compliance, clinical efficiency, leadership, and provider development.
Dr. Reynoldson lives in Tennessee with her husband, Jamy, and their family, where she continues to mentor providers and advocate for excellence in eye care delivery.
