Dave Kush has a B.A. in Business from Cedarville University, he's also certified with: SHRM SCP, MBTI (Myers-Briggs), EQi 2.0 (emotional intelligence), and GiANT Worldwide. He is currently an Executive Director at one of the largest churches in America and CEO of Framework Planning, a coaching business owned by him and his wife, Bethany.

Dave has over thirty years of experience in leading and improving organizations. For fifteen years, he oversaw teams in land development and construction management as a Chief Operating Officer. During the past eighteen years, as an executive level leader, Dave has used his experience and skills to build and strengthen churches, create leadership development programs, workshops and coach individual leaders in their personal and professional growth.
