Bryan Wolynski, OD, FAAO is with the Lighthouse Guild where he heads their technology center. He has been in the eye care field for over 35 years which has included extensive work in the area of assistive technology and low vision. Through his years in practice, he has provided eye care in multiple settings, including private practice, non-profit, community health center-based care for people with multiple disabilities, teaching facilities, homeless shelters, and mobile eye care for children and people who are homebound. Dr. Wolynski has appeared multiple times in the media as an expert in vision loss and assistive technology and has spoken on these topics throughout the United States, internationally and the United Nations. He is a fellow of the AAO, a member of the AOA and the Lions Club. Dr. Wolynski is also on the board of the New York State Optometric Association and the non-profit Laugh for Sight. He is a graduate of the New England College of Optometry and completed a residency at NOVA Southeastern University.
