Bethany Kush holds degrees from Cedarville University and Word of Life Bible Institute. She is certified in EQi 2.0(Emotional Intelligence), SYMBIS(Save Your Marriage Before It Starts) Marriage Assessment tools, Light University Mental Health Coaching  and the Replenish OneLife Process. She is currently President and co-owner of Framework Planning, a coaching business formed out of the desire that she and her husband have to help businesses and individuals alike frame their future by uncovering their true potential to produce a lasting mark that extends beyond the workplace.

Bethany has spent the past twenty years working with ministry and business leaders to create organized systems and processes, and to strengthen their leadership skills through self-awareness and self-development. She is passionate about helping teams, individuals, and married couples to discover their unique gifts and abilities so they can walk confidently into experiencing their full, God-given potential.
